Construction Event
In general, construction events are not very different from any other corporate event, except that construction has different milestone moments and steps in the process of a new construction project that deserve extra attention... The information meeting to inform and engage the neighbourhood and potential buyers, the start of construction, reaching the highest point ('PANNENBIER' - topping out celebration - for the builders), the start of the construction holiday, the celebratory moment of completion or a meet-your-neighbours gatherning.
Such a construction event usually lasts for a day or half a day, but the organisation, time and energy that go into such a day, as well as the post-party aftercare take just as long.

The organisation of an event starts with a brainstorming session, where I help to sound and map out your wild ideas, brainwaves and goals. After this, you will receive a concept for an event that perfectly aligns with your goal.
Developing the script, making a budget including requesting quotes from suppliers, and sending the 'save the date' message or invitation; whether digitally or by post, or any other out-of-the-box idea, anything is possible.
On request, we can also handle the communication & PR, the pre-event organisation and the care on the day of the event, procurement of staff & materials, and aftercare; invoicing to suppliers and evaluation.
You will be kept informed of all preparations, get involved in the organisation as much as you want (or not), and can network and enjoy the event itself.
